I deserve to give myself the love I give to others.
I am capable of anything I set my mind to.
It is healthy to not reply to emails straight away.

I am not the way others see me; only I truly know myself.
My worth is not determined by the way others treat me.
It is healthy to not reply to messages straight away.
There is no one else in the world that is exactly the same as me, and that is my strength.
I am worthy.
