The Bloggers’ World Tour | An Introduction

Hi! I’m Nati. If you’re new around here, welcome to my blog! I’ve created The Bloggers’ World Tour, a new series of posts on my blog. It will see bloggers featured on www.alaslowed.com as they share with us what they love about where they live. Each post is a one stop tour of somewhere new, as well as the opportunity to discover a new blog! Through the blogging community I’ve spoken to so many incredible people that I would never have encountered otherwise - this is largely down to the fact that there are (excitingly) bloggers to be found pretty much everywhere! I adore the fact that we can share common interests and cultural differences as we continue to learn from each other. If your town or city hasn’t yet been covered in the series and you’d like to be featured, feel free to send me an email! naticreates@gmail.com photo: The Anna Edit

The Problem with Full-Time Blogging

Bloggers blog because we love it. It’s that simple. And with younger generations realising that it’s actually okay to do a job because you love it, the number of full-time bloggers is growing at the speed of about 100 megabits…

Flat Iron | London

After months of hearing non-stop raving about Flat Iron, I knew I had to check it out myself. My boyfriend and I headed into Covent Garden to try out these world famous steaks, and we were not disappointed. The restaurant…

The Multi-Hyphen Method

It would be virtually (no pun intended) impossible to sum up the Multi-Hyphen Method in any blog post, because no amount of writing will do this book justice! But, since I like a challenge, I’m going to give it a go anyway.…

Why I Don’t Use the Term ‘Girl Boss’

I’ve been noticing an ongoing trend where women refer to themselves as ‘girl bosses’, a term which I just don’t quite get. Now, don’t get me wrong. As a feminist, I support, respect and appreciate everything that the term ‘girl…

Where to Look for Interior Inspiration

From what I’ve seen online recently, a lot of people seem to be redesigning their interiors, whether that’s rearranging furniture and picking up some new cushions, or knocking down walls and restructuring an entire house. Maybe it’s the change in…
